People Who Insist on Being Right
People who insist on being right—those with rigid opinions and fixed notions of right and wrong—limit their own intelligence and deprive themselves of the opportunity to truly experience life. Drawing entrenched conclusions about the world stifles one's inner growth. Opinions can act as shackles; forming a fixed opinion about everything and everyone transforms a dynamic life into a static state. One then reacts merely from within mental pigeonholes rather than perceiving reality in the present moment. Insisting on being right hinders humanity; highly moralizing individuals often believe that only they are correct while everyone else is wrong. This inevitably leads to conflict, as rigid moral views divide people. Instead of trying to "be right," aim to respond to situations sensibly and sensitively. True maturity lies in clarity rather than fixed stances—avoiding rigid judgments about others, remaining flexible, and experiencing life as it truly is. Possessing inner clarity eliminates the need to fight doggedly to prove oneself right.
